Getting a prepaid phone SIM is a PITA

Getting a prepaid phone SIM is a PITA. Requires passport, US driver's card, and a citizen's address and endorsement. And it's pretty expensive too.

    That's a lot of requirement just to get a prepaid SIM card. I was able to just walk into a 7-Eleven in Hong Kong and get a prepaid SIM without any problem.
